Why?
When it comes to innovating, a company’s main partners are its suppliers.
Alicante Port Authority and the Digital District share an interest in helping local companies to create synergies and advance in their innovation strategies. With this goal, the Port Authority and the Digital District will call Disruptive Forums every two months to promote open innovation by bringing together supply and demand.
These meetings will serve to identify ideas with a view to future announcements of regional programmes, the State Ports Ports 4.0 Fund and European programmes (2021-2027).
What?
Create a space for intermediation between technology providers and companies from the port-logistics cluster, consisting of a themed session every two months.
Address the different enabling technologies at successive forums (Automation, Bigdata, block chain, etc), making the most of the capacities installed at the Digital District.
Open to the participation of personnel of the Port Authority itself and to both consolidated companies and start-ups, and facilitators of the Alicante innovator ecosystem.
J.A. Gisbert:
“El puerto de Alicante no pretende competir en escala, pretende sofisticar y diferenciar su oferta, con la intención de ser uno de los puertos más innovadores de España”
