Panoramis
This building, located at Quay 3 and inaugurated in 2002 as a shopping centre, has undergone several changes since its creation, although the most significant one took place recently, transforming it into an area combining work and leisure spaces.
The renovation of this port space, covering 25,000 m2, has turned its first floor into a co-working space, with 120 workstations, meeting rooms and an auditorium with capacity for 240 persons. On the ground floor there will be offices, a gastronomic area, a gym and a wellness centre.
The complex has, in addition to some amazing views of the city and Santa Bárbara Castle, a public car park for 500 vehicles.
This is where the Town Hall Tourist Office is located, a point of information for travellers, and the Lounge-Bar Soho, where you can enjoy a delicious aperitif with views of the Marina.
From Port Square you can enjoy some magnificent views of Santa Bárbara Castle and the coastline, with the Casa Carbonell building, a French style construction dating from 1925 and the work of local architect Juan Vidal Ramos, which was commissioned by Enrique Carbonell Antolí, a textile businessman from Alcoy.
